WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We're offering an exciting opportunity for a qualified Smart Energy Engineer to join our team.
In this role, you’ll be delivering services directly to customers’ homes, helping us achieve our mission of driving progress towards net-zero.
Whether it's a new installation or a complex repair, you'll represent our client one of the Big 6 energy companies while providing high-quality service to our customers.
To succeed in this role, you will need at least 2 years of qualified experience, as some of the tasks can be challenging.
You’ll be working closely with our Field Managers and will have plenty of support in the field.
- KEY RESPONSBILITIES
- Safely replace gas and electricity meters in customers’ homes, following all health & safety procedures and industry regulations.
- Provide first-class after-care service, including full demonstrations to customers on using their new meters.
- Repair and maintain meters after initial installation.
SKILLS/ QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- At least 2 years of experience as a Dual Fuel Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of gas and electrical systems.
- A professional, customer-focused approach.
- Level 2 diploma in Smart Metering
- MET1
- CMA1/CCN1
- MOCOPA (1a and 1c)
- Full UK driving license
- Health Assured EAP
