Contract: Full-time, 4x4 shift, days and nights

SUMMARY OF POSITION: Operate and maintain equipment at an anaerobic digestion facility, ensuring safe and efficient processing of waste. Duties include machinery upkeep, mobile plant operation, process monitoring, and supporting maintenance tasks.

What You’ll Do

  • Ensure high levels of Health, Safety and Environmental practice with a duty of care to yourself and others.
  • Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure smooth site operations.
  • Handle feedstock deliveries and manage material inputs.
  • Perform routine checks, cleaning, and preventative maintenance on machinery.
  • Support process monitoring and record-keeping for compliance.
  • Maintain high standards of site housekeeping and safety.
  • Assist with maintenance tasks and contractors as required.

What We’re Looking For

  • Practical, hands‑on approach with a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work in an outdoor, industrial environment with food waste.
