Please note that this role is heavily target-driven, with KPIs around revenue and conversions being a big part. If you aren’t someone who is motivated to achieve targets and go above and beyond then this role is not for you.
Location: Wyvern Way, Chaddesden, Derby, DE21 6BF is where you will be located, but you will be spending a lot of time on the road travelling to and from client appointments.
Commission & OTE (on top earnings): 5% of monthly billing, expected £6K per year.
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9-5 in office and travelling to appointments (additional hours may be required during peak periods).
Start Dates: 17th August 2026 for week induction in Derby, with the 6-week training academy beginning the 24th of August 2026.

About our Wills Team: At Right Legal Group, our Wills team play a vital role in helping clients protect their families, finances, and future wishes through expert estate planning advice. The Legal Sales Consultant sits within this team, working closely with individuals and families to provide guidance on Wills, inheritance planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney, trusts, and estate administration services. Our clients often come to us during important life moments, whether they are planning for the future, protecting young families, preparing for later life, or dealing with the loss of a loved one. The support, reassurance, and expertise we provide helps give clients peace of mind that their wishes will be respected and their loved ones protected.
Training & Development: From day one, you will join our bespoke 6-week training academy, delivered both in person at our Derby HQ and remotely, designed to fast-track your development into a confident, high-performing legal consultant. You will be taught by highly experienced solicitors and legal professionals, gain hands on experience through practical workshops, look at real-life client scenarios and get involved in interactive group challenges, building both your legal knowledge and your commercial edge. This is not traditional classroom learning. What You’ll Be Doing: This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working towards targets and KPIs, talking to people, understanding their needs, and guiding them through important decisions. In this role, you will:
- Work towards achievable targets that reward the effort you put in
