We’re looking for Dispatch Assistants to join our weekend team and help get Tropic products into the hands of our Ambassadors and customers. Working at the heart of our fast-paced warehouse, you’ll be responsible for accurately picking, packing and preparing orders while maintaining our high packing standards. You’ll use our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to process orders efficiently, keeping pace while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. It’s a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working as part of a busy team, takes pride in getting things right and loves helping to keep everything moving smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick ambassador and customer orders using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Pack orders in line with Tropic's quality and presentation standards.
- Maintain high productivity levels while ensuring order accuracy.
- Conduct quality checks to minimise packing and dispatch errors.
- Ensure all orders are dispatched within agreed deadlines and service levels.
- Follow warehouse processes, procedures, and health and safety guidelines at all times.
- Assist with stock movements, replenishment, and inventory checks when required.
- Keep workstations clean, organised, and safe.
- Report any stock discrepancies, system issues, or operational concerns to team leaders or supervisors.
