Role Overview The Regional Team Lead is a senior field engineering roleresponsible for delivering exceptional service across the VFAST network whileacting as the regional technical lead for engineering activities.
The role combines hands-on engineering with leadershipresponsibilities, ensuring installations, maintenance, fault resolution andinfrastructure upgrades are delivered safely, consistently and to ourengineering standards.
Working closely with the other Engineering Lead, Service Delivery, Projects, Network Engineering and Commercial teams, the Regional Team Lead will provide technical guidance, mentor engineers, maintain qualitystandards, and help drive continuous improvement across the regionalengineering operation.

Key Responsibilities Regional Engineering Leadership Act as the senior engineering lead within theassigned region.

Support engineering resource planning alongside Service Delivery.
