Welsh Mountain Zoo is seeking a Finance & Administration Team Leader to head the finance and office function. The role combines hands-on financial management, team leadership and system improvement, reporting to the Commercial Director to ensure accurate records, controls and processes while supporting the wider admin function.

You’ll drive month-end, reconciliations, and governance, with responsibility for Gift Aid and developing robust SOPs, payroll support and team development.
