Role Summary: Deputising for the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, opening & closing store and ensuring a high standard of customer experience.
What you’ll be doing:
- Deputising for the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, opening & closing and also running the store effectively in their absence.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, setting and driving an exceptional customer experience on the shop floor.
- Take the lead on personal styling and building customer relationships.
- Foster an environment of passion, enthusiasm and in‑depth product knowledge.
- Ensure exceptional standards of presentation throughout the store.
- Visual merchandising to showcase the brand and drive performance.
- Deliver sales & KPI’s in store through the team.
- Demonstrate in‑depth knowledge of the brand, product and customer – driving passion for other team members and customers.
- Act as an escalation point for any customer queries or team concerns swiftly and effectively.
- Delegate tasks to team members.
- Process deliveries accurately and timely.
- Ensure all policies and procedures are followed.
