Role Overview: We are pleased to announce an opportunity to bring on board a Contracts Administrator to join our growing team at Cardo in Cardiff. This is a key support role, working closely with our Contracts Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of day‑to‑day operations. The successful candidate will play an important part in delivering quality service to our clients and tenants. This role offers opportunities for career progression, with a salary increase upon successful completion of the probation period.

Responsibilities:

  • Logging jobs into our internal system
  • Scheduling and communicating appointments with tenants
  • Using client portals for updates and communication
  • Liaising with clients, operatives, and subcontractors
  • Monitoring and responding to emails in a timely manner
  • Sending regular reports to client
  • Raising purchase orders as required
  • Supporting the Contracts Manager with general administrative tasks
  • Collaborating effectively within a team environment

You Will Need:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks throughout the day
