Summary:
The Cleaning Supervisor and Cleaning Technician will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within the utilities sector. This full-time position is essential for ensuring that all cleaning operations are conducted efficiently and effectively, contributing to a safe and pleasant environment for both employees and customers. The successful candidate will oversee cleaning staff, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of cleaning staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Train and mentor cleaning staff on best practices and safety protocols.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning or facilities management sector.

- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment.
