About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and reliable Chef de Partie to join a busy kitchen team within a well‑established gastro pub in Essex - Canvey Island. This is a great opportunity for a chef who is eager to learn, develop their skills, and work with high‑quality, fresh ingredients under the guidance of an experienced, Rosette‑accredited Head Chef. You will be responsible for running your section, maintaining high standards of food preparation and presentation, and supporting the wider kitchen team in delivering a consistent and enjoyable dining experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up
