Join a remote global team with a passion for achieving, and helping others succeed in business. This role is vital - assisting busy sales executives to execute their administrative tasks and generate leads. It takes a drive to succeed, admin and sales (business development) experience, no fear of the phone and A-Level communication! We are looking for full-time applicants with experience in SMEs, and ideally with exposure to commercial sales. We are prioritising candidates who have management and leadership experience, and an interest in building a long-term career pathway with a young, passionate and fast-growing team!
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Market research
- Cold calling, lead generation, and appointment setting
- Generating leads to pass onto sales executives
- Achieving weekly KPIs
- Inbox and calendar management
- Trip planning
- Helping with task and follow-up management
- Holding others accountable
- Running reports and meetings
- Call and note transcription
- Assisting with creating elevator pitches and call/email scripts
Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative and telephone responsibilities and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.
