The Role: We are looking for a Business Analyst to support the optimisation of our sales operation through effective use of data, systems, and process improvement. This role sits at the centre of the business and is responsible for improving how we use HubSpot, track performance, and manage data across the full sales journey. Working closely with key functions across the business, you will play a key role in enhancing visibility, improving efficiency, and ensuring systems support a high-performance, target-driven environment.

What You Will Be Doing Day to Day:

HubSpot & Systems
  • Take technical ownership of HubSpot across the business
  • Build and maintain structured pipelines aligned to the sales journey
  • Develop workflows, automations and integrations (e.g. DocuSign, email tracking)
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistent use of the system across all teams
Data & Reporting
  • Work with structured datasets to support reporting and analysis
  • Utilise tools such as SQL to extract, manipulate and analyse data where required
  • Work with or support development within cloud-based environments (e.g Azure or similar)
  • Support the evolution of data capability as the business grows
  • Ensure consistency in data definitions and reporting logic
  • Track and improve visibility of key performance metrics:
  • Call volumes
  • Talk time
  • Conversion rates
  • Improve accuracy and consistency of sales performance data
  • Support development of clearer, more effective sales board
  • Process improvement
    • Identify inefficiencies across systems and processes
    • Reduce reliance on manual tracking (e.g. Excel spreadsheets)
    • Support the development of scalable, consistent ways of working
    Data Management
    • Maintain and refresh data sets to support:
    • Renewals
  • Ensure data is accurate, accessible, and usable across teams
  • What We are Looking For: We are looking for a commercially aware individual who understands how data and systems support performance within a sales environment. You will be a strong fit if you:

    • Have experience in a Business Analyst, Sales operations, or CRM-focused role
    • Have strong working knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
    • Are confident working with data and building reports
    • Understand sales performance metrics and pipeline management
    • Are proactive and comfortable identifying areas for improvement
    • Can operate effectively in a fast-paced, performance-led environment
    • Have working knowledge of SQL or similar tools for querying and analysing data
    • Have exposure to cloud-based data platforms (e.g Azure or similar)
    • Experience in a KPI-driven sales or call centre environment
    • Experience building workflows and automations within CRM systems
    • Experience improving systems and processes in a growing business
    • Experience working with structured datasets or data models
    • Exposure to Azure or similar cloud-based data environments
