Location: Burton-on-Trent (DE14), covering Burton-on-Trent, Derby, Nottingham, Lichfield, Tamworth, Ashby-de-la-Zouch and surrounding areas.

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 2:00pm–10:00pm

The role:

As our Mobile Evening Cleaning Supervisor, you'll play a key role in supporting both our cleaners and clients across the region. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting cleaning teams with day-to-day queries, sickness and cover arrangements.
  • Carrying out regular site visits, cleaning audits and quality inspections.
  • Ensuring consistently high cleaning standards across all sites.
  • Inducting, training and supporting new team members.
  • Conducting trial shifts with prospective employees.
  • Attending weekly management meetings at our Burton-on-Trent office.
  • Providing coaching and support to cleaners to help them succeed.
  • Occasionally providing hands‑on cleaning support where required.
  • Participating in a shared on‑call rota every other weekend and alternate bank holidays (telephone support only).
  • Additional morning telephone cover (5:00am–9:00am) may occasionally be required during periods when the Staff Manager is on annual leave or absent through sickness. Where on‑call calls exceed 30 minutes in a day, TOIL or additional pay will be provided.

About you:

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced within the commercial cleaning industry.
  • Comfortable supervising and supporting staff.
  • Confident communicating with cleaners and clients.
  • Organised, proactive and able to work independently.
  • Happy to travel regularly across the East Midlands.
  • Willing to lead by example and provide hands‑on support when required.
  • In possession of a full UK driving licence.
  • Previous supervisory or mobile cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.

Successful applicants will be required to undergo a DBS check, arranged by the Company. The shared company vehicle is based at our Burton-on-Trent office (DE14) and must be collected and returned at the start and end of each shift. It cannot be taken home overnight.
