We are looking for a highly creative Designer with a strong background in home interiors and styling, to support the growth of our ecommerce brand portfolio. This role blends creative design, brand development, and interior styling, working across multiple channels including digital, email, social, video, print, and packaging. You’ll play a key role in bringing our products and brand stories to life from concept through to execution. You’ll work alongside an existing UX-focused designer, complementing this with a strong conceptual and visual design perspective, as well as hands-on involvement in shoot planning, styling, and creative production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design & Creative Execution
    • Develop concept-driven creative across digital, email, social, video, print, packaging, and ecommerce
    • Lead projects from initial concept through to final delivery
    • Create compelling range/colour concepts, product storytelling, and campaign visuals
    • Ensure all creative aligns with brand standards and commercial objectives
  • Styling, Shoots & Visual Direction
    • Create moodboards and storyboards for AI imagery, campaigns, shoots, and video content
    • Support and help lead photoshoot planning and execution
    • Bring strong interior styling sensibility to all visual outputs
    • Provide inspiration and direction on set styling, composition, and trend-led looks
  • Brand Development & Campaigns
    • Contribute to the development and execution of brand playbooks
    • Help craft campaign ideas and visual identities
    • Support the creation of integrated campaigns that work across video, digital, and social
    • Ensure consistency and quality across all brand touchpoints
  • Trend, Colour & Interior Insight
    • Bring insight into home interiors trends, materials, and finishes
    • Work cross-functionally with brand, studio and marketing, ecommerce and buying teams
    • Present and articulate creative ideas with confidence
    • Contribute to improving studio processes, creative standards, and ways of working
    • Show curiosity and interest in how AI tools can support: Interior concepting

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years’ experience in a design role (agency or in-house)
  • Conceptual design thinking
  • Interior styling / home-related projects
  • Experience creating moodboards, storyboards, and contributing on shoots
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong eye for colour, layout, typography, and composition

Highly Desirable

  • Background in home interiors, lifestyle, or furniture brands
  • Experience in styling for photography or video
  • Understanding of brand building and campaign development
