- Work on a hybrid basis from our Bristol HQ
- Up to £26,000 per annum based on a 35-hour working week

The Role - Project Assistant:
As a Project Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution and delivery of projects. Your exceptional organisational and communication skills will be key to your success in this role. Below are some of the core responsibilities, although this is not an exhaustive list:
- Ensure all project documentation is in place, including surveys, billing information, and solution designs, using digital tools such as Google Workspace.
- Record key customer and project information using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Maintain flow charts to track the progress of scheduled tasks.
- Support the pre-sales process by gathering all relevant documentation from customers, internal teams, and third parties, such as energy suppliers.
- Coordinate with contractors to schedule surveys and installations.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure documentation is aligned for billing purposes.
- Communicate with customers regarding planned installations and send out welcome letters to completed sites.
- Distribute Risk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMS) and Scope of Work (SOW) documentation.
- Collaborate with customer support as needed.
You - Project Assistant:
Here’s what we’re looking for in a Project Assistant:
- Experience working in a fast-paced administrative environment with strong organisational and communication skills.
- Strong IT skills, with a quick aptitude for learning new systems, such as Google Workspace.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to multitask effectively and remain composed under pressure.
- Familiarity with RAMS and Scope of Work documentation is beneficial, though not essential.
- Experience supporting projects within electrical installations would be advantageous.
