Hunters East Coast, Bridlington area, is seeking a Tenancy Manager to own end-to-end lettings for a portfolio of 85–110 properties. You will coordinate landlords, tenants, contractors and records across the estate, driving safety, compliance and proactive portfolio growth.
You’ll develop negotiation and sales skills with training support while maintaining strong service levels and clear communication with all stakeholders.
