Hudson Lifting is looking for a motivatedHireDesk Controllerto join our dynamic team.You’llplay a vital role in supporting our customers and ensuring they have the right equipment for their needs.
Whatyou’llbe doing:
- Providing top-notch customer serviceby handling inquiries for lifting equipment and our full range of products.
- Liaising with customersregardingall hire, sales, and service inquiries, offering solutions tailored to their needs.
- Promoting our company and servicesproactively, ensuring customers are aware of all we offer.
- Negotiating hire rates, preparing detailed quotations, and ensuring all specifications are clear.
- Performing administrative duties, including resolving any customer queries efficiently.
- You may also be asked to take onadditionaltasks as needed to support the team and our customers.
We’relooking for someone who:
- Has excellentcustomer service skillsand experience in ahigh-volume hire desk environment.
- Canwork independently, with strong organizational skills and a proactive approach.
- Knowledge of lifting and safety equipmentis a plus, butdon’tworry ifyou’renot an expert –we’llprovide all the training you need.
- Has a passion for customer satisfaction anda strong desireto contribute to a growing, forward-thinking company.
