As part of this exciting new chapter, we’re looking for resilient, compassionate, and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our team. What You’ll Do
- Provide emotional and practical support to children in care
- Support daily routines: school runs, meals, activities, appointments
- Help young people develop life skills and promote positive behaviours
- Build trusting relationships and act as a positive role model
- Contribute to care planning, record-keeping, and team collaboration
- Ensure the home meets the highest safeguarding standards
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with children/young people (residential or similar preferred)
- Calm, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Resilience in managing challenging situations
- Willingness to work shifts (evenings, weekends, sleep-ins)
- Full UK driving licence (highly desirable)
- Level 3/4 Diploma in Residential Childcare (preferred – training provided)
