We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Dining Room Supervisor to join our team at Bournemouth Sands Hotel. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service and leadership skills who enjoys working in a busy hospitality environment.
As Dining Room Supervisor, you will oversee the smooth running of meal services, support and guide waiting staff, and ensure guests receive an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate dining room operations during meal service.
- Welcome and seat guests.
- Allocate tables and daily duties to waiting staff.
- Ensure team members follow company procedures and service standards.
- Liaise with kitchen staff regarding meal service and guest requirements.
- Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, health and safety, and cleanliness.
- Support, train and motivate team members.
- Previous hospitality or restaurant experience.
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Food Hygiene and Health & Safety regulations.
