Role Overview: The Office Administrator role provides essential support to the business by handling a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations. This role involves general office support, data management, and contributing to the efficient functioning of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Logging jobs into our internal system
- Scheduling and communicating appointments with tenants
- Using client portals for updates and communication
- Liaising with clients, operatives, and subcontractors
- Monitoring and responding to emails in a timely manner
- Sending regular reports to clients
- Raising purchase orders as required
- Supporting the Contracts Manager with general administrative tasks
- Collaborating effectively within a team environment
You Will Need:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
