What you will be doing

We are looking for a Case Management Support Assistant, someone with administrative experience. The role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organisational and communication skills. The role will be directly responsible to the Admin Team Leader and the Senior Leadership Team and will work under their direction. The main purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to our experienced team of health and social care professionals who support clients throughout England and Wales that have suffered catastrophic injury, together with providing general office support. All work undertaken must be compliant with the Data Protection Act and General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). The company's confidentiality policy must be adhered to at all times.

Responsibilities

  • General administration - photocopying, documentation, word-processing and phone communications.
  • Document management and record maintenance.
  • Formatting reports and documents, and appropriate storage of documents.
  • Maintenance of records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures for document management.
  • To assist with the production of information for billing and creation of invoices.
  • Provide support for Case Managers in the maintenance and updating of client and support worker records and files.
  • Handling client calls, actively listening, building rapport and taking time to listen and understand their needs.
  • Project coordination and spreadsheet management for collating information.
  • Data management to develop a deep understanding of the company and our systems.
  • External communications and enquiries from a variety of sources including legal professionals, clients with acquired brain injuries and other physical or cognitive disabilities, medical professionals and the public.
  • To carry out tasks in the specific direction of the line manager, senior leadership team, other professionals, and case managers working for the company.

  • GCSE English and Maths or equivalent.
