Are you an experienced manager who thrives on leading people, driving performance and making things happen?
We're looking for an exceptional Centre Manager to lead our Bingley Garden Centre and play a key role in creating outstanding experiences for our customers, colleagues and community.
This is a full time position working on average 37.25 hours per week including alternate weekends.
This isn't a desk-based management role.
It's a hands-on leadership position where you'll be at the heart of the business, leading from the front, supporting your teams, driving commercial performance and ensuring the centre runs safely and efficiently every single day.

You'll have the support of an Assistant Centre Manager and Catering Manager, but ultimately you'll be responsible for the overall day-to-day operation of the site, ensuring every department delivers exceptional standards, commercial success and a fantastic customer experience.
You'll be accountable for everything from leading and developing teams, health and safety and compliance, through to operational excellence, site standards and business growth.
What you'll be doing
As Centre Manager, you'll be responsible for the successful day-to-day running of the centre, ensuring we continue to deliver a GREAT experience for our customers whilst maintaining a safe, efficient and commercially successful operation.
