The Opportunity

We're looking for an ambitious Sous Chef to help lead the kitchen within a modern fresh-food concept focused on quality, consistency, and exceptional standards. Working directly with a Michelin-trained Chef Owner, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen while helping develop systems, standards, and team performance as the business grows. This is an ideal opportunity for a strong Sous Chef or experienced Senior Chef de Partie looking to take the next step towards Kitchen Management.

The Role

As Sous Chef, you will:

  • Support the daily running of the kitchen
  • Deliver consistently high-quality fresh food
  • Lead kitchen shifts and support service operations
  • Maintain exceptional standards of food quality and presentation
  • Manage prep, service flow, and kitchen organisation
  • Support stock control, ordering, and waste management
  • Ensure food safety and HACCP procedures are consistently followed
  • Train and develop junior kitchen team members
  • Help create a positive, professional kitchen culture

About You

You'll be someone who:

  • Has previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie
  • Thrives in a fast-paced fresh-food environment
