As a Customer Services Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for students, providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our accommodation. You will handle student queries, assist with administrative tasks, and contribute to maintaining a positive living environment. This role is full time permanent, working 5 days out of 7, Monday to Sunday.
