Following a period of sustained growth, our contracting division continues to expand, creating an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Operations Co‑Ordinator to join our busy and supportive team.
About the Role
This is a varied and fast-paced position where you will play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of our contracting operations. You will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining accurate documentation and records, managing monthly reporting processes, and overseeing CRM administration. In addition, you will support PPE management, vehicle administration, and a wide range of general office functions. Acting as a central point of contact, you will liaise closely with operatives working across our sites, providing efficient, reliable support and ensuring communication flows effectively between the office and site teams.
About You
You will thrive in a busy environment and be comfortable working under pressure, often balancing multiple priorities. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach are essential, along with the ability to communicate confidently with colleagues at all levels.

This is an office-based role, located at our Moons Hill Head Office.
