Responsibilities:

  • Sell our chic, stylish and fashionable women's clothing range with confidence.
  • Articulate the best clothing items for the customers' body shape and end use requirements.
  • Utilise a range of selling techniques to provide a brilliant customer experience while converting sales.
  • Be present on the shop floor ensuring retail standards and customer service are delivered at all times.
  • Thrive in an environment with targets and view your KPIs as an opportunity to motivate your teams.
  • Support the Store Manager in leading a selling-focused environment.
  • Assist the Manager in ensuring the store runs efficiently from an operational perspective.
  • Competently manage Rota Planning to ensure cover reflects high footfall hours, delivery schedules, and product moves.
  • Train the team on customer service, selling techniques, and resolve staffing queries for rota and daily tasks.
  • Assist in managing overall operations ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Work with the Store Manager to understand the store’s KPIs and bring commercial ideas to improve them.
  • Act as an escalation point for customer queries or concerns, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Coach and develop your team to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and maximise productivity and profitability.
  • Lead the team with positive and regular feedback and training.
  • Be innovative and comfortable taking ownership and working autonomously in the Manager’s absence.
  • Have experience of lone opening, closing, and cashing up of a store.
  • Follow Visual Merchandising Pack instructions and deliver the brand’s aesthetics easily.

Skills we'd like you to have:

  • Experience of People Management ideally at Assistant Manager Level.
  • Competent in Excel, Word, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Able to analyse reports extracting performance against KPIs.
  • Highly organised individual who can motivate a team to high levels of productivity in a positive manner.
  • Comfortable self-motivating as well as leading a happy team.
  • Solution-focused attitude, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Weekly hours: 40, varying shifts Monday to Sunday.
