Role:Weighbridge Administrator
Location:Hollybush Lane, Aldershot, GU11 2PX
Hours: 45 hours per week, plus Saturday when required

The Role:
We are looking for a Weighbridge Administrator to support the team based in Aldershot.
This is an exciting opportunity to join us in a period of significant change and be part of the next chapter in this well-established Recycling Business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that all vehicles are accurately weighed and processed on arrival to and upon exit of the site
- Working effectively with the yard staff to direct vehicles to the appropriate loading / unloading areas and ensure traffic flow through the site
- Checking incoming loads and documentation, ensuring compliance with site licence, permitted waste types and Hazardous Products
- Reporting any anomalies, errors or contamination to the appropriate staff
- Plus any any ad-hoc duties
The ideal candidate:
- Previous experience working in a busy site office environment
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Experience in dealing with customers
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skillsShould be able to work as a part of a team, and also alone using your own initiative
- A willingness to adapt and develop knowledge
- Previous experience working in the Recycling industry would be advantageous; however, full training will be provided if you do not have this
