  • Speak with customers and travel agent partners to understand their needs and provide expert holiday advice.
  • Create tailor‑made holiday packages and support bookings from enquiry through to departure.
  • Follow up on leads, maximise sales opportunities, and help drive conversion.
  • Manage booking administration, amendments, confirmations, and additional services with accuracy and care.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service across phone, email, and internal systems.
  • Work closely with colleagues to improve processes, share ideas, and support team success.
