The Opportunity
An award-winning independent seaside restaurant in Lyme Regis is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join its established kitchen team. Holding an AA Rosette for culinary excellence, the restaurant has built an excellent reputation for producing high-quality dishes using outstanding seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. This is an excellent opportunity for a chef looking to develop within a professional fresh-food kitchen while working alongside an experienced and supportive brigade. The Role
- Run your section confidently and independently while maintaining consistency and high standards
- Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef on seasonal menu development
- Support and help develop junior chefs within the brigade
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and HACCP standards
- Assist with stock management, sustainability and minimising food waste
- Deliver dishes to AA Rosette standards using fresh, local produce
