Weare looking for ambitious and motivated candidateswith excellent people management skillswho will be responsible for leading teamsof up to 45 people to deliver stocktakesfor our retail customers.

Asa Count Manager for RGIS, you will share our passionfor delivering outstanding serviceto our customers and ensuringthe accuracy and integrity of the data wedeliver to them.

Ourdedicated Count Manager training program will giveyou all the knowledge you need tooperate the RGIS systems andwill empoweryou to manage our teams of fantastic people to achieve thesegoals.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of up to 45 people to deliver stocktakes for our retail customers.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data delivered to customers.
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to meet targets and standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role
• A flexible approach to working including the ability to work shifts at a variety of times and locations
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with internal and external stakeholders including senior managers
• £12.90 Starting Rate during initial training, with further payincrease on completion of training program
• Paid Annual Leave of up to 28 days per year
• Paid driving time and generous mileage payments for using own vehicle
