We partner with top UK retailers including Tesco, Sainsbury’s, ASDA, Morrison’s and Waitrose. While you may not have heard of RGIS, you will definitely have shopped with our customers. Now’s your chance to play a key role behind the scenes supporting these major brands!
As a Retail Stock Taker Driver, you will be part of a supportive team, working outside of store opening hours to count and scan products using our advanced handheld barcode readers. No prior stocktaking experience? No problem – we will provide full training to get you up to speed.
In addition to participating in the stocktaking event, you will also be responsible for transporting our teams to and from customer sites, either using your own vehicle or one of the company’s fleet. Every day brings something new and exciting at RGIS, making this role perfect for those who love variety and teamwork.

Requirements- Are punctual, dependable and team-oriented with a passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Are comfortable working flexible hours, including late nights, early mornings and Sundays (essential)
- Have a strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Can stand for extended periods of time and count stock at varying heights (using ladders or step stools safely)
- Full UK Driving licence with a safe and responsible driving style
- The opportunity to earn up to £14.90 per hour
- Starting hourly rate £12.70 to £12.90
- Up to £2 per hour bonus for hitting targets
- Additional payments for travel events
- Mileage compensation payments when using own car for work
- Up to 28 days paid holiday per year
- Guaranteed hours contract for 16-32 hours after probation period dependent on performance and availability
