The Role

  • Supervision: Minimum of 1 year in a role requiring the management of staff working in a care role.
  • Qualifications: Possession of, or a willingness to work towards, the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare.

  • Skills: Strong IT, organizational, and communication skills, with a deep knowledge of safeguarding and regulatory frameworks.
  • Essentials: A valid driving license and a commitment to the values of the organization.

Why Apply?

The mission of this home is to put the child at the centre of everything.
