RGH Global is proud to represent a high‑quality, 3‑bed therapeutic provision dedicated to children with Learning Disabilities. We are seeking an inspirational Registered Manager to lead this "forever home" setting and act as a dedicated Corporate Parent and advocate for our young people.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the legally registered manager with Ofsted, ensuring the home exceeds the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards.
  • Embed a child‑centred, sensory‑aware environment with high staffing ratios (1:1 and 2:1) to ensure safety and stability.
  • Recruit, supervise, and mentor a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture based on the unique "Builder’s Philosophy".
  • Work closely with families, local authorities, and external agencies to ensure robust pathway plans and positive outcomes.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years in a residential childcare position within the last 5 years.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience supervising and managing staff in a care role.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent) is highly desirable.
  • Must pass an Ofsted "fit persons" interview and possess a full driving licence.
  • Deep understanding of Safeguarding, SCCIF, and the Mental Capacity Act/DoLS.
