Role Overview
Hands-on leadership role in a regulated social care service. Assist in delivering safe, person-centred support through operations, team management, compliance, finance, and partnerships. Deputise for the Service Manager to ensure continuity.
Key Responsibilities
- Deputise for the Service Manager and lead in their absence.
- Uphold safe, person-centred practices per safeguarding, CQC, and policies.
- Partner with supported individuals, families, and teams to enhance health and outcomes.
- Manage and evidence health strategies.
- Oversee finances: budget setting, monitoring, rostering, and cost control.
- Lead practices, coach staff, and promote continuous improvement.
