We’re hiring a Technical Training Manager to lead hands‑on technical training across client support teams in a growing wealth management firm. This is a practical, standards‑driven role with real impact on quality, capability, and regulatory outcomes.
What you’ll do:
- Design and deliver technical training, onboarding and competency frameworks
- Embed quality standards and consistent ways of working
- Review technical work and identify development needs
- Support rollouts of new systems, processes and regulatory changes
- Partner with operational leaders to improve performance and confidence
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in L&D / technical training within financial services
- Strong technical knowledge of wealth management & paraplanning
- Experience reviewing work and embedding quality frameworks
- Confident facilitator with strong stakeholder skills
- Understanding of regulatory training requirements
Nice to have:
- Experience supporting system/process change
