Responsibilities will include:
- Opening client files and handling initial enquiries
- Preparing deputyship applications
- Drafting and sending routine correspondence
- Visiting clients and liaising with deputies, attorneys, or representatives
- Maintaining accurate schedules, spreadsheets, and financial records
- Liaising with care homes and family members
- Inputting data such as bank statements and ensuring records remain up to date
- Assisting with annual reports and updating registers
Some travel will be required, so a full driving licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance is essential.About YouThe ideal candidate will have:
- A degree in Law or substantial relevant experience in a legal setting (training provided)
