The Role: This is an exciting and valuable role, the successful candidates will add to the current team in Halton and will work in partnership with children, young people, their families and the children’s workforce. To provide a speech and language therapy service to children, directly and through support to their families and the multi-disciplinary team. Provide speech, language and communication assessments for children and young people in consultation with their families, the multi- disciplinary team and other SLTs and SLTAs.

Qualified/Registered Speech and Language Therapist with 2 or more years experience.

Must be eligible to work in the UK.

Experience in working with CYP with SLCN.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Experience in report writing and record keeping.

Hold responsibility for own caseload and be responsible for a defined area of the service, working without direct supervision.
