They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage the integration of SAP S4HANA with Integrated Business Planning (IBP). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, specifically in SAP environments, and possess a deep understanding of supply chain processes and technologies. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, large SI’s, managing project timelines, budgets, and ensuring successful delivery of integration projects that align with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Management: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project team members, providing clear direction and support throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, including IT, supply chain, and business units. Conduct regular team meetings, status updates, and project reviews.
- Integration and Technical Oversight: Oversee the integration of SAP S4HANA with IBP, ensuring seamless data flow and process synchronization. Coordinate with technical teams to design, configure, and test integration solutions. Ensure compliance with best practices and industry standards for SAP integration.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements, address concerns, and manage expectations. Provide regular project updates and ensure alignment with business objectives. Facilitate stakeholder workshops and training sessions as needed.
- Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential risks and issues related to the integration project and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage project risks, escalating issues to senior management when necessary. Ensure timely resolution of project-related problems.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes to ensure the integrity and reliability of integration solutions. Conduct thorough testing and validation of integration components before deployment. Ensure documentation of all integration processes and configurations.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on SAP environments.
- Proven experience in managing SAP S4HANA to IBP integration projects.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and SAP IBP functionalities.
Skills
