We are a global resource, recruitment and workforce optimisation business supporting organisations across sectors, markets and growth stages with the people, insight and the infrastructure they need to perform. Our Group brings together executive search, professional recruitment, large-scale deployment, workforce optimisation technology, HR and advisory support, and specialist solutions that help businesses make smarter workforce decisions. We operate internationally and work across multiple brands, each playing a distinct role in how we support clients with hiring, capability, workforce planning and operational performance. We are also a business that believes commercial success and positive impact should go hand in hand. Through our Business for Good commitments and wider impact initiatives, we are focused on building a company that not only grows, but contributes meaningfully as it does so.
This is an opportunity to join a growing professional services team and work alongside an established, high-performing consultant. You will be building and managing your own client relationships, placing professionals across the UK and working with our global teams where possible to build out global client relationships. You will have the support of a structured team, access to a 60,000+ candidate database, and the backing of Epitome, our AI-powered assessment tool, which is built into every placement we make. This differentiates us clearly from traditional recruiters and opens doors with clients who are increasingly frustrated with CV-only hiring. This is a full 360 role. You will be expected to develop new client relationships as well as manage and grow existing ones, running end-to-end recruitment processes from brief to placements.
Key Responsibilities

- Running end-to-end recruitment processes for our corporate clients

- Developing new business through proactive outreach, referrals and market knowledge
- Working closely with a senior consultant to share clients, candidates and best practice
- Maintaining accurate records and activity in our CRM and reporting against agreed KPIs
What we’re looking for

- A commercially minded, self-starting approach with the drive to build your own desk
- Excellent communication, resilience and the ability to manage multiple processes at once
- A genuine interest in a different approach to recruitment, using insight and data rather than volume
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you are trusted to manage your own workload

- Competitive salary, based on experience
- Industry-leading commission structure with genuine earning potential
