The Role
This hybrid position combines clinical delivery (70%) with team leadership and project work (30%), offering a dynamic and rewarding balance. You'll report directly to the CEO, a renowned expert in paediatrics and sensory integration, and collaborate closely with a passionate team of therapists.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of occupational therapists, including weekend practitioners.
- Deliver expert clinical services, including assessments and sensory integration interventions.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of team members.
- Contribute to strategic planning, service development, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Act as a point of contact for complex cases and stakeholder engagement.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- HCPC registered with a degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Experienced in paediatric therapy (minimum 7 years), with strong sensory integration expertise.
- A confident leader or senior therapist ready to step into a management role.
- Skilled in balancing clinical and administrative responsibilities.
- Passionate about making a difference in the lives of neurodiverse children and their families.
Desirable:
- Advanced Sensory Integration training (e.g., SIPT certification).
- Experience with Ayres Sensory Integration equipment.
- Background in multidisciplinary settings.
