Our client is seeking a Legal Project Analyst to join their London team in a newly created role focused on improving legal service delivery, optimising processes, and enhancing cross-team collaboration. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with data, and helping lawyers work smarter.
The Role
- Work with teams across the business to understand needs, identify improvements, and streamline ways of working.
- Analyse data to provide insights that inform better processes and support project outcomes.
- Contribute to designing technical and process solutions and support their rollout and adoption.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and communicate clearly at all levels.
- Support project governance, KPIs, and delivery against milestones.
- Gather feedback to refine and evolve implemented solutions.
About You
- Experience in business analysis, change or transformation—ideally within legal or professional services.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Confident presenting and influencing stakeholders.
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities and work well with ambiguity.
- Proficient with MS Office; strong Excel skills essential.
- Power BI and process-mapping tools (e.g., Visio) are a plus.
- Degree (or equivalent).
- Willing to travel to other UK offices and occasionally within Europe.
