About The Company: The Client provides a high-quality service to 99 residents across 6 specialised units requiring effective, varying complex care as well as providing a comfortable and safe environment.

About the role: This position would suit an experienced Care Support Worker that is currently working within a Care Home setting or NHS / Private Hospital. Reporting to the Care Home Manager you will be part of a quality care team contributing to making a real difference to people’s lives.

Duties include:

  • Supporting residents with social & physical activities
  • Helping with personal care (showering, dressing etc)
  • Supporting residents with eating & drinking etc

Skills and Experience:

  • Complex Care Experience Essential
  • NVQ Level 2 in health and social care or willing to work towards this
  • Caring and Positive attitude
  • Work well as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills

Salary: Β£10.20 per hour

Working Week:

  • Nights: Week 1 – 3 days: 19.45 to 07.45; Week 2 – 4 days: 19.45 to 07.45; Total average per week – 42 per week including every other weekend
  • Days: Week 1 – 3 days: 07.45 to 19.45; Week 2 – 4 days: 07.45 to 19.45; Total average per week – 42 per week including every other weekend

We work a rolling rota with three shifts one week and four the next, having every second weekend off.
