An established and award-winning financial planning firm is looking for a Financial Planner to join their growing team, covering clients across Wiltshire and Oxfordshire. The Role
- Work as part of a close-knit team, advising clients on their financial planning needs across pensions, investments, and protection.
- A dedicated Business Development function books qualified prospect meetings directly into your diary, so you can focus on building trusted client relationships and delivering the right advice.
- Day‑to‑day responsibilities include:
- Holding clear, jargon‑free financial planning conversations with clients.
- Advising on clients' goals, needs and priorities across pensions, investments and protection.
- Working collaboratively within a team to deliver joined‑up client service.
- Building and converting pipeline opportunities introduced by the Business Development Team.
- Supporting existing clients while contributing to responsible business growth.
- Continuing your professional development with the support of experienced colleagues.
About You
- CII Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (minimum requirement).
- CAS status.
- Around 1–2 years' experience in an advisory role.
- Commercially driven and comfortable with both client servicing and new business development.
- Communicates clearly and confidently, keeping conversations personal and jargon‑free.
- Full UK driving licence with willingness to travel to offices and client homes.
- Ambitious, coachable and open to feedback.
- Takes pride in doing things properly and delivering excellent client outcomes.

- Salary of £50,000–£60,000 per annum.
