The Opportunity
You will play an important role within a stable care team, supporting elderly residents with their daily living needs while promoting independence, comfort, and wellbeing. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering high-quality personal care with dignity and respect
- Supporting mobility and safe moving & handling practices
- Monitoring residents' physical and emotional wellbeing
- Accurately maintaining care records and documentation
- Communicating effectively with colleagues and senior staff
