Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to consultants ahead of client meetings.
- Prepare compliant, technical suitability reports and Financial Life Plan reports.
- Carry out annual client reviews.
- Undertake technical research and analyse client data.
- Accurately process investments in line with consultants' recommendations.
- Liaise with clients post-meetings to answer technical queries.
- Identify investment and tax-saving opportunities for clients.
- Manage and prioritise workload effectively.
- Evaluate investment portfolios with consultants.
- Work closely with the wider Service Team.
Candidate Profile
- Level 4 Diploma qualified.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Technical Paraplanner.
- Strong IT skills, including MS Word and Excel, plus familiarity with back-office systems.
- Excellent telephone manner and strong customer service skills.
- Flexible, organised, and able to work well under pressure to deadlines.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
