Position: Speech and Language Therapist

Location: Runcorn

Role: Permanent Full or Part time considered

Salary: £32,000 - £45,000 Depending on experience

Due to service expansion in a new area, our client is looking for a Senior Speech and Language Therapist (SLT) to join their supportive team in the Halton area (Runcorn/Widnes areas). Our client supports individuals aged 0-25 years directly and through others, using high-quality, evidenced-based approaches to maximise impact where they live and learn.

The Role: This is an exciting and valuable role, the successful candidates will add to the current team in Halton and will work in partnership with children, young people, their families and the children's workforce. To provide a speech and language therapy service to children, directly and through support to their families and the multi-disciplinary team. Provide speech, language and communication assessments for children and young people in consultation with their families, the multi-disciplinary team and other SLTs and SLTAs.

Requirements:

  • Qualified/Registered Speech and Language Therapist with 2 or more years experience.
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK.
  • Experience in working with children in a school setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Access to your own vehicle.
