RGH Global is currently recruiting for compassionate and resilient Learning Disability Support Workers to provide high-quality, person-centred care in Rainham. We are looking for dedicated individuals to support adults with autism, learning disabilities, and sensory processing difficulties within supported living environments.
The Role
You will provide consistent, structured support to help individuals maintain emotional regulation and independence. This role involves working in 1:1 or 2:1 settings, focusing on positive outcomes through patient and empathetic engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver 1:1 and 2:1 support following bespoke care plans.
- Assist with personal care and daily living tasks.
- Promote emotional regulation using Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and low-arousal approaches.
- Support individuals with complex communication and sensory needs.
- Maintain accurate records and incident reports.
What You'll Need
- Mandatory: Level 1 or Level 2 qualification in British Sign Language (BSL).
