Our client, a digital growth agency with one goal in mind: driving exceptional results, is looking for an Account Director who is ready to take the helm and guide a portfolio of clients toward unprecedented success.
What you’ll do:
- Leadership:
- Lead the strategy for your accounts ensuring we hit our clients’ targets & exceed them.
- Drive team excellence, fostering an environment that sets the bar higher.
- Motivate your team to craft groundbreaking work in all delivery aspects.
- Manage all day-to-day requirements of your accounts.
- Create & improve ways of working with your clients & your team.
- Take charge of client relationships & be the daily point of contact.
- Develop insightful account plans, driving communications and results.
- Keep clients informed about our initiatives and industry shifts.
- Manage priorities for yourself & your team.
- Track & manage the performance of all of your clients & keep them updated.
- Be able to breakdown complex data into simple human terms for our clients.
- Send Weekly Update videos to our clients (our preferred method of communication!).

- Successfully manage a growing portfolio of 8+ clients.
- Campaign Performance: On average, hit 80% of your clients’ targets every single week.
