Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to Investment Managers across a range of client activities.
  • Assist with more complex administrative tasks, including preparing correspondence, maintaining client records, producing file notes and coordinating client meetings.

  • Where appropriate, take and process client instructions relating to non-complex investment transactions within an execution-only service.
  • Support the preparation and organisation of client meetings, presentations and new business pitches.
  • Assist with the preparation of relevant client documentation and meeting materials.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider investment and operations teams.
  • Provide support on team projects and wider business initiatives when required.
  • Contribute to initiatives designed to improve processes, efficiency and client service.
  • Identify opportunities to improve working practices and share knowledge and best practice with colleagues.
  • Maintain and develop knowledge of investment markets, financial services and the wider wealth management industry.

You will be highly organised, commercially aware and keen to develop your technical knowledge. Most importantly, you will demonstrate strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in building a career within financial services.

Experience & Qualifications
