- Holds a current Statement of Professional Standing.
- Demonstrates strong technical knowledge across core advice areas including pensions, investments, and protection.
- Clear, confident communicator with the ability to translate complex information into practical guidance for clients.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working within a team-focused environment while managing personal client responsibilities.
